Job Responsibilities:
- Focus on Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Keep on Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Keep researching and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
- Focus on Plan approaches and pitches and also work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Keep presenting new products and services and strengthen existing relationships and arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
- Focus on Company Group businesses and company affiliate businesses.
- Focus on provincial new business development.
- Keep coordinating Insurance business Renewal as whole.
- Be able to attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Be able to identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Be able to forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the Sales Team, keep tracking and record activities on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
- Be able to work with Customer Care Services & Sales Officer to ensure that prerequisites are fulfilled within a timely manner.
- Be able to present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff and research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
- Be able to understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
- Others tasks are as required by the management.
Other requirements
- Knowledge of Insurance industry;
- Business development and marketing skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- A driven sales approach that ensures targets are met;
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and strong understanding of business requirements.
